Assistant General Manager

Restaurant Assistant General Manager are the future of MAD Greens.  The Assistant General Manager doesn't just know our culture… They bleed it. They provide great hospitality with every salad and are driven to do more for our guests. They are the First Officers to the captain of this crazy ship. They lead by example, do the right thing for our guests, serve as mentors to our other team members, and understand the business of our business. They can run the restaurant in the General Manager's absence. An AGM oversees operations in new hire training and orientation, inventory, scheduling, safety and sanitation, and executing great food and guest hospitality.

Requirements:

Our Assistant General Managers have the keys to the kingdom, and that's why we're looking for some very special candidates:

• Must be 21 and authorized to work in the United States
• Ability/flexibility to work 45-55+ hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays 
• Self-discipline and initiative 
• A developer of team members to higher level positions in the restaurant
• Dedication to providing exceptional hospitality and guest service 
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills 
• Ability to manage, train and motivate a diverse employee group 
• 2-3 years restaurant management experience
