SummaryThe Assistant General Manager at Dazed! Consumption Lounge plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with the State of Nevada and the Executive Team. The role includes scheduling and training staff, communicating updates to policies and procedures, analyzing sales and inventory records, supervising employee development and corrective measures, staying abreast of industry news and product information, and collaborating with the accounting team for reporting and fund maintenance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assist in the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the lounge.Comply with retail cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities per policy. Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards. Answers customer's complaints or inquiries. Maintain a culture of integrity, high quality customer service and communication.Supports employees as well as collaborating with auxiliary departments to ensure an optimal experience for both customers and staff. This includes specific collaboration with the Trece Team to organize workflows and operations effectively.Aiding in daily operations, such as de-escalating customer issues, helping with operating systems, and guiding the team to uphold high standards of service and compliance through personal example and demonstration of how the work should be conducted. Assist State and Local government auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales, and compliance audits. Maintains open availability, being ready and accessible for on-site presence as needed, including holidays, special events, callouts, and other operational requirements.Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.Supervisory Responsibilities Manages total of 20-35+ employees divided into sales staff, customer service staff, and inventory staff.
