Assistant Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Director. As the Assistant Director, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and strategic direction of our organization. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for education administration.

Duties:
- Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, cleaning of the facility, & assisting in classrooms
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Educate staff on best practices in education administration and provide ongoing professional development opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
