- Provide administrative support to the personnel department
- Assist with various HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts
- Conduct background checks and verify employment references
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personnel Director with Human Resources background
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PCC
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of project coordination principles and practices
- Familiarity with computerized HR systems and databases
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
