Qualifications
- at least 2 years hotel management experience (preferably in concierge)
- luxury hotel experience with good tenure at each role
- must have working knowledge of concierge policies/operations and general knowledge of hotel services
- interview, train, and schedule staff
- assure staff is aware of area events/activities and maintain close connections with vendors in order to provide guests with reservations, information, and ticketing
- handle customer complaints and maintain the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in all guest interactions
