JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greenville SC-area company is seeking a passionate, motivated, solution-oriented Community Manager Assistant. Applicants should be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, work well in a fast-paced environment, and work well independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with daily duties such as but not limited to coordinating meetings, reserving facilities, creating meeting agendas, updating action lists, sending mailouts, creating spreadsheets, entering work orders, updating tickets, and answering phone calls, emails and web requests.
-Conduct inspections for violations in various communities throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg area (company will reimburse for mileage)
· Maintain database, including regularly updating resident information and community data bases
· Preserve a strong and constant communication with community Vendors and aid in obtaining bids
· Prepare Homeowner correspondence as needed
· Assist with accounts payable
· Complete various administrative tasks
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Advanced understanding of basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Experience in HOA industry or knowledge of industry preferred
· Strong communicator, both written & verbal
· Able to multi-task and work under pressure
· Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
· Great organizational & project management skills
· Able to work autonomously
