Key Responsibilities:
- Interact one on one with existing and potential corporate and private catering clients.
- Assist in the coordination/planning and execution of all aspects of catered events and deliveries.
- Collaborate with in house teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless and stress-free event for client.
- Oversee set up, execution, and breakdown of actual event.
- Seek out and foster new catering leads.
- Be innately hospitable and caring.
Experience:
- Proven experience in guest services with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction
- 1 year of personnel management preferred.
- Base understanding of budgeting, staffing, and hospitality trends.
