SalaryCheltenham Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Under the direction of the Administrator, the Assistant Administrator will provide general oversight of all departments for compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate must be licensed in the State of Pennsylvania, must have a thorough knowledge of rules and regulations, excellent communication skills, strong financial skills, marketing ability and solid leadership and managerial skills.
