YOUR-DAY TO-DAY
As the Assessment Manager, you spearhead a dynamic team, overseeing service coordinators and the orientation facilitator. Your role is crucial in orchestrating the development, implementation, and delivery of assessments that unveil barriers, skills, aptitude, and motivation. You bring your supervisory prowess to the table, ensuring a seamless collaboration within the team.
The results of your assessments lay the foundation for crafting individualized service plans, guiding participants toward both short and long-term triumphs. YOUR SCHEDULE
Your expected schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, please note that occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year degree in social work, counseling, or a related field OR 4+ years of experience in case management or assessment
- 1+ years of supervisory experience or experience as a lead, preferably in case management or service assessment
- Experience working with populations on public assistance, criminal backgrounds, and the economically disadvantaged
