The Art Manager role reports to the PGS Art Director and is responsible for working with the other discipline managers to gather and coordinate feedback, drive the art production schedule, and work with both internal and external art teams to create high-quality art for PGS's games.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Coordinate with external and internal art resources on the creation of art for slots, table games, and other game types for the regulated gaming marking
- Work with the design team and Art Director to organize art requirements for games and create and manage art asset lists for games in development
- Work closely with the production team in maintaining the art development & integration roadmap and delivery schedules
- Create clear and actionable tasks for artists
- Facilitate art review sessions with Art Director and other stakeholders
- Continuous improvement to the process and flow of art needs across the studio
- Assist in identifying gaps in the team based on roadmap goals
- Organize feedback for both internal and external art resources
- Coordinate on the creation of marketing materials for all PGS games
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements

- Familiarity with game art disciplines, their tech and tools including concept, production art, ui, tech art, fx, and animation
- Familiarity with game engines and development processes, pipelines and tools
- 2+ years experience in the casino industry preferred
- 4+ years of experience as an artist, art tech, or Art Manager in the video game or casino industry
- Willingness to adapt to new tools and workflows to improve process and standards
- A portfolio showing your 2d and 3d work
- Ability to work during normal ET business hours 9a-5p (UTC05:00)
- Experience in mobile games is a plus
