Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of stock management principles to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Excellent phone etiquette to provide exceptional customer service over the phone
- Understanding of market trends to make informed decisions regarding product selection and pricing
- Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and financial analysis
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, maintain records, and complete necessary documentation
