Area Manager/Supervisor

C. CLAM Enterprises, LLC. a fast paced commercial cleaning company, seeks to employee a Full Time experienced area manager to oversee daily operations in the following counties;

Luzerne/Lackawanna/Susquehanna/Bradford/Monroe

This is a flexible remote position that frequently requires traveling in a 2-hour radius centrally located in Scranton, PA. This salary position sometimes requires early mornings and late nights.

Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following;

-Train new hires; review new hire packet, finalize paperwork, orientate and train at locations.

-Cover missed shifts by employees

-Offer support to C Clam employees in your area by answering questions, finding coverage.

-Lend support to owners - sometimes situations occur that are out of our control and you may be called upon to complete tasks

-Delivery of Supplies - you are required to run supplies to the locations in your area. Occasionally you may be asked to cover other locations.

-While delivering supplies you will need to dress in "uniform" including ID badge, restock supply closets, inspect quality of work, clean any out of control circumstances immediately and address with cleaner with before and after pictures (dust accumulation, dirty sinks, toilets etc.,) address branch concerns, sometimes measure square footage, maintenance vacuum cleaner, obtain manager/head teller info (if we don't already have it), drop SDS folders, hang up a nightly procedures sheet and IVR info in janitors closet at locations that do not already have them. Tracking and communicating this information to your supervisor. You will be required to submit a report after inspections are completed.

**Other responsibilities may arise from time to time, flexibility and a positive response are very important**

A company vehicle, vehicle maintenance and gas card are provided for your use and carefully monitored. All chemicals, consumables and equipment are also provided where applicable, at the company's expense.
