Area Human Resources Coordinator that offers support to two hotel properties - Pine Mountain Resort and Four Seasons Resort.

 

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting a variety of responsibilities within the department including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations and events, benefits, training, and record keeping.

 

 

Essential Functions
  • Greet and assist all employees, visitors, and applicants to the Human Resources office.
  • Assist with the recruitment process including reviewing applications, conducting screening and scheduling interviews, and job offers.
  • Oversee the new hire and onboarding process including verifying I-9 documents, drug testing, and background checks. Schedule new employees for Orientation.
  • General office administration including office supply inventory and ordering, maintain employee files, and other administrative clerical support as needed.
  • Maintain Human Resouces budget, and ensure invoices are paid on time.
  • Input employee electronic data into property HRIS system, Workday. Items include, but not limited to, employee records, training tracking, and I-9s.
  • Assist in design and layout of employee communications.
  • Assist with various committees and project teams such as Safety Committee and Culture Committee.
  • Assist with Worker's Compensation and Leave of Absence administration.
  • Assist with preparation and set up of various training classes and meetings. Maintain employee meetings and classes calendar, and book meeting room space as requested.
  • Maintain filing system for common HR forms inside and outside the office.
  • Assist with Benefits administration including, but not limited to open enrollment, new enrollments, creating monthly reports and invoices.

  • Minimum of one year Human Resouce experience or adminitrative work required.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong computer skills required. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications.
  • Expereince with HRIS systems strongly desired. Workday experience a plus.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
