Job Title:Area Customer Service Coordinator
Work Location:Boston, MA
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-7pm (Flexibility required to cover as needed)
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Candidates will be Covering Multiple site locations for sick calls, vacation and special projects. sites are accessible by public transportation.
- Must be flexible between 7am-7pm to for work 8hrs with 1 hour lunch
- Task may include, Mail sorting and delivery, Receiving & Shipping of packages, Copy, printing, faxing and scanning of documents.
- Receptionist duties, conference room setups, printer fleet management and some hospitality duties.
- Occasional lifting ok 50lbs or less, 3-5hrs of occasional standing and a combine daily walking of 2hrs
- If over 50 lbs., 50lbs is assistance available from another team member.
- Manager will be seeking on resume with Print/Copy center, Mailroom & Reception.
- Candidates needs to have above average computer skills, experience with office equipment's such as (copiers, printers and fax machine), Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Print Production and ability to use office and complex print production equipment's and software's
- Dress code is business casual
