As a Social MediaCoordinator and Customer Service Representative at Goldfish Swim School, you will look for ways to refine, improve, and expand our Social Media program. Furthermore, you’ll work with the team to create new social marketing campaigns, build brand recognition, and promote all published company content. Provides extraordinary results following the Goldfish standard, promotes quality Customer Service and processes sales and registration transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for potential and current Goldfish customers, and is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company. This position will also be trained as a swim instructor to understand our product and mission. Part time and Full time positions available.
Job Description
- Create compelling and engaging content for social channels
- Work cross-functionally with our Marketing and Sales team to develop visuals for social campaigns
- Monitor social progress using web analytics tools - review and report on the success of campaigns and develop ways to improve
- Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to grow followers and increase engagement
- Keep up to date with social changes and trends and relay to key constituents
- Monitor holiday/day calendar and pitch ideas for the company to participate along
- Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a professional manner.
- Processes student registrations using effective sales/Customer Service techniques.
- Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.
- Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending.
- Greets parents and students as they report to the front desk.
- Checks voicemail and email correspondence and responds in a timely manner.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editorial skills
- Results-oriented with high expectations for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Must be a team player, highly organized, and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to work at a fast pace, handling multiple projects at once
- Full competence with G-Suite and Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Familiarity with Social Media, especially Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Strong communication skills
This is a part-time or full time position, where you’ll be expected to dedicate 10+ hours per week working on our Social Media community. Hours would typically be afternoons and evenings and one weekend day required.
Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate to high
