SalaryService based business is looking for a person with the following traits; strong phone and communication skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, general computer skills, preference to a past paced environment, ability to work with a team and a willingness to learn. Must be bilingual (Native English & Basic Spanish).
This is a full-time position to work Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. & 4:30 p.m.
This position's daily activities are such as:
- Answering all incoming calls and directing as needed
- Work with residential customers calls to price and set up new work
- Create Work Orders pertaining to changing needs of customers
- Monitor weekly inventory supply and orders.
- Manage and schedule all special projects and/or customers calls (Customer preference, availability on the schedule, and location of customers all play into an achievable work schedule)
- Produce weekly excel spread sheet to diagnose expenses and labor.
- Maintain and update changes to customer database
- Overall management of office operations
- Support for basic HR needs.
- Ensure systematic approach to office procedures.
- This is a Full Time position, with an evaluation period to ensure candidate can handle challenge.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
