SUMMARY:
Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting & Finance Coordinator in our Lockport, IL location! The purpose of this role is to ensure accuracy in payments received from homeowners. They are responsible for eliminating discrepancies and ensuring timely collection of unpaid balances.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accountable for managing AR with a focus on minimizing bad debt expense while ensuring high levels of homeowner satisfaction and maintaining lowest level of AR possible at all times.
· Enters payments from homeowners.
· Makes decisions on collections and works with managers on escalated cases involving final demand letters, property liens, etc.
· Responsible for managing and auditing accounts and access to 3rd party finance lender portals and admin payment portal.
· Maintains and reviews key performance indicators (KPI’s). Audit and investigate as appropriate. Support and document implementation of process changes.
· Investigates and resolves discrepancies involved with payments, refunds, financing, and business adjustments.
· Responsible for training of all team members in retail location for process payments in portals and Salesforce. Maintain training documentation for successful onboarding of new team members. Serve as POC for Corporate communications and partnering related to payments process at location.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one year of finance or accounting experience.
· Advanced communication and customer resolution skills
· Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.

Compensation is a range $22-33 hr.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
