Vyond is looking for an AR & Billing Specialist join our Billing team. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and validating software as a service (SaaS) deal order forms, reviewing pre-bill quotes, and invoicing with accuracy. You will also be working closely with our Direct and Channel Partner sales teams to assist in deal structure as it relates to billing.
Reporting to the Billing & AR Manager, you will coordinate cross-functionally with the Sales, Business Development, Legal, and Finance teams. A successful candidate thrives in a team environment, while being a resourceful, independent, self-starter who can work effectively with minimal direction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are representative of the responsibilities of this position. These assignments may change as the needs and priorities of the organization evolve
Review Customer Quotes, Orders and Agreements and identify discrepancies, such as non-standard terms
Work with teams to accurately record transactions in our CRM and billing system
Thorough understand of the Quote-To-Cash process and how contracts may impact the billing workflow
Ability to process sales orders with speed and accuracy to ensure provisioning and invoicing is done within 24-48 hours or SLA
Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to the Sales teams
REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Billing, Sales Operations or Finance in a software sales environment
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
Customer facing via email or phone
Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as an Individual Contributor or in a team environment
Ability to initiate and/or manage projects
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with Google Workspace preferred, Salesforce and SaaS billing system, a plus
This is an “in-office” position
