Appointment Setter- Solar Sales Development - Outside Representative

If you're outgoing, upbeat, and enjoy talking to people, then this is the perfect position for you! On average our Setters make a minimum salary of $60-65,000 a year. $500-$1500 a week with bonuses!

Ecov Energy is currently expanding and looking for an elite group of 3-5 new Appointment Setters to join our team! We provide alternatives for renewable energy and manage solar installations for residential properties in multiple locations throughout the United States. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for advancement. We are passionate about our community, and we work diligently to resolve issues in regards to pollution on a major scale. As an Appointment Setter, you will gauge the interest of potential customers, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives to follow up. Continuous training and assistance will be provided to ensure all Setters are confident, secure and successful in their position. Looking for individuals ready to earn, learn and grow! Responsibilities

• Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
• Help homeowners lower their current power bill
• Generate new leads and referrals via canvassing
• Explain the products and services to prospective customers properly
• Schedule appointments for potential customers
• Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue
• Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
• Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
• Overcome rejections and objections

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

• Minimum high school diploma
• No prior experience required, we will train you to be successful
• Be teachable and have a desire to earn, learn, and grow
• Willingness to be a clean energy educator
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent conversation and soft skills
• Self-motivation and dedication
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor
• A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
• Time management skills
• Access to an iPad/Smartphone (Preferably IOS)
• Provide your own personal transportation to locations
