Job Description Appointment Setter / Customer Service Specialist Position:
As a Appointment Setter / Customer Service Specialist , you are on the frontlines of gathering qualified information about the home improvements and condition. The survey consist of information regarding, appliances working or not working, pool / spa, plans to change the structure of the home, condition of electrical sockets, if the home has medical equipment, if the home plans to purchase an electric car, Electrical panel condition and verify the home owner. An Appointment Setter / Customer Service Specialist sets the appointment for a licensed Home Improvement Specialist to visit the home owner.
30% of homes qualify for the Net Meter Program. The program consist of upgrading appliances if needed, repairing the electrical panel and qualifying the home for a renewable power conversion all at no cost to the home owner. The challenge pertaining to this position is only 30% of 100% qualify for the Net Metering Program. Verbal challenges include, fatigue from heat or cold while communicating to the homeowner. Not having the ability to work independently due to personal obligations. Not having 30 days of clothes to wear allowing the specialist to be comfortable at reading electric meters. This opportunity is based out of the Walmart Location in Corona California, and provide competitive advancement opportunities.
This role requires the Appointment Setter / Customer Service Specialist to communicate with new and existing customers that are interested in a Net Meter Survey. Tools are provided for those who are looking to advance their career in the renewable power industry, we include the most advanced technology in the market today coupled with the opportunity to work indoors as an Administrative Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
