Appointment Setter/Receptionist

Successful and growing roofing/solar company is looking to hire an Appointment Setter/Receptionist.

Experience in roofing, solar, or home improvement industry is preferred, someone who has experience answering calls of incoming leads and setting appointments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Handling incoming calls/emails of inbound leads from multiple marketing channels (online, referrals, etc.) and entering into database
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners through empathetic and consultative conversations
• Ask probing questions to understand the client's needs, motivations, and project requirements
• Answering phone courteously and handling customer questions
• Manage calendar schedules and organize meetings and appointments
• Utilize and update the CRM, Calendars, Marketing Software, Process Documents and other software's for each appointment made as needed.
• Support of field staff including document control, filing, permit management, assistance in management and processing of change orders, and general office functions
• Following up with customer's via email and phone
• Responsible for reviewing, processing, and entering customer and contractor invoices.
• Creates and maintains project files and associated support documentation

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred)
• Proficient is Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Experience using database management systems (CRM)
• Minimum 1 year of office/administrative experience within in the construction industry (roofing industry preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent Customer Service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
