Job Description
System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we're looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.
You'll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.
If you're focused on building the foundation for your success in a team-first culture that rewards your hard work, drive, and people skills, this is the job for you.
No experience necessary, we're invested in your success and provide paid training. Pay is $20 per hour PLUS commission. Commission is $250 on each closed sale made from an appointment. Candidates can make up to $5200 each month including base + commission. Candidate must be able to work weekends.
Job Responsibilities:

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
• Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
• Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
• Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
• Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

Our Field Marketing Associates enjoy:

• Hourly pay rate of $20/hr.
• $250 commission on each closed sale
• Paid training
• Advancement opportunities into roles such as team leaders, design consultants, AND more.
• 32-40 hour work week

Experience & Skills:

• Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
• Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
• Be able to work weekends and special events
• Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand
