We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler. As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for efficiently managing appointment schedules, coordinating with clients, and schedule appointment lead. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate client leads using various scheduling software systems.
- Communicate appointment details, including date, time, and location, to both clients and staff members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by contacting inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and accommodating special requests.
- Colloborate with team members to optimize scheduling processes and imporve overall efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using scheduling software systems such as sales force
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to read from a script
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivery exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
