Lumina Solar is looking for an Inside Sales Rep/Scheduler to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The Inside Sales Rep will be an integral part of the Inside Sales team, and will report to the Inside Sales Manager.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, where your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks crucial to our success. You'll be the first point of contact for both incoming and outgoing leads, ensuring that every interaction is handled promptly and professionally.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Respond to inbound and outbound leads in a timely manner and manage individual lead portfolio
  • Qualify leads based on location and site quality utilizing Google Maps and other tools
  • Schedule appointments, manage reschedules and updated statuses
  • Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with customers
  • Answer questions and educate potential customers on the benefits of going solar and the steps required
  • Constantly expand solar industry knowledge and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners
  • Work with sales manager to increase conversations and efficiency
  • Meet and exceed scheduling goals

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
  • Experience with G-Suite - Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.
  • Strong work ethic, comfortable making phone calls, and goal oriented
  • Must be self-driven & highly motivated
  • Ability to multitask
  • General computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Experience working with scheduling software (Preferred)Proficiency working with CRM platforms or other similar software (Preferred)
  • Inside sales experience or experience working in a high volume call environment (preferred)

Hybrid Schedule: In Office: Tuesday and Thursday Remote: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Initial training will be full time on-site for the first two weeks)

Salary: 45,000 yearly + Monthly performance based bonuses
