```Duties```
- Generate appointments by making warm calls to potential clients
- Conduct outbound calling to prospects and engage in business development activities
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Use software tools, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track progress
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to effectively position products
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in technology sales or business development is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Proficient in using software tools for lead management and tracking
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
