Job Description
We are seeking motivated Remote Setters and Closers to drive sales for our podcasting packages and coaching services. This entry-level position is commission-based, with opportunities for growth within all three companies. As part of our team, you'll start by utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to set appointments and close deals via chat.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect, connect with potential clients, and schedule appointments. [once comfortable you’ll be able to close deals directly via chat (our sales manager has closed over 400k in revenue via chat)]
- Close deals and sign clients for podcasting packages and coaching services.
- Adapt to new sales strategies and techniques provided by the company.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Must either have access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or be willing to invest in the subscription, or start a free trial if eligible.
(Full transparency because sales navigator is such a popular and powerful tool, past hires have taken the job just so we’d buy it for them but decided to take it and just use it for their own businesses…a compromise we have created is for new hires who don't have Sales navigator and aren't eligible for a free trial, who are willing to invest in Sales Navigator ($99) we will reimburse you after you make your first 3 sales. - Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred but not required
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus (if not, being tech savvy will be required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Naturally empathic and creative
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Must be coachable
