Appointment Generator/Call Agent

We are currently seeking applicants to manage active accounts with inbound and outbound calls contacting customers to assist with their service request needs scheduling appointments for service.

Being a part of the Steam Master team means providing the best service and highest quality of work possible, each appointment, every day. Our staff is trained extensively in carpet cleaning and care. As your skills develop, we provide cross-training on a wide range of commercial and home care services like, carpet cleaning, fine area rug cleaning and repair, wood floor maintenance, commercial VCT, upholstery cleaning, tile, grout, stone, marble, saltillo cleaning and restoration, pet urine treatments, air duct cleaning, odor control and water damage cleanup & repair. As your skills progress, so does the earning potential. Our environment is fun and fast paced. Sales experience is a BIG plus. Positive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound calls

- Up-sell jobs, recommend additional services where appropriate

- Uphold all company policies and procedures

- Provide every customer with the highest level of customer service

- Maintain a clean work area

- Complete required paperwork on a daily and weekly basis

Job Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
