Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by contacting potential clients through telemarketing and inside sales techniques
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage leads
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for business development
- Present and promote company products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or related roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand technical sales concepts and effectively communicate them to potential clients
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends
