Airbnb Operation Coordinator

WJL HomeServices, a local leader in single family home/Townhome property management. We are seeking an experienced Airbnb Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, coordinating with guests, managing bookings, and inspecting and restocking properties on a monthly basis. The Airbnb Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and managing budgets.

Essential Job Functions:

• Managing a team of cleaners and coordinating with them to ensure that properties are cleaned on time and ready for guests.

• Managing bookings and ensuring that all guest needs are met.

• Handling all guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Inspect the properties in person and restock the properties to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.

• Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

• Managing budgets and ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget.

• Conducting regular property inspections to ensure that properties are in good condition.

• Developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience managing an Airbnb property or similar hospitality experience.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of local regulations and laws.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Airbnb management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
