What You Will Be Doing
As a StandUpOnboarding Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that the onboarding process runs smoothly and that our new agents have the necessary resources and information to be successful in their roles. Ultimately, your goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for new agents, helping to build a strong and productive team. Your typical work schedule will be 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, and you will work some weekends. Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of agent tasks and processes, ensuring adherence to specified timeframes
- Reviewing incoming requests and prioritizing them based on urgency and operational requirements
- Processing agent requests using ZenDesk effectively and swiftly within established timelines
- Coordinating with relevant platforms to send background checks and training information to agents; tracking delays; and escalating issues to IT or third-party platforms when necessary
- Verifying completion of background checks and training before proceeding to the next stage
- Managing each status, thoroughly reviewing background checks and training for completion
- Escalating flagged background checks and initiating detailed investigation
- Utilizing a tracking system to monitor the status of each agent
- Monitoring agents' completion status and ensuring timely completion of credentialing within established timeframes
Please note this is not an HR-related position. Agent Onboarding Specialist is a customer support type position.
How You Qualify
- At least 2 years of experience in operations support or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or discrepancies in documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in using tracking systems or software, such as Google Sheets and ZenDesk
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- A basic understanding of background check processes and associated timelines (preferred)
- Familiarity with IT support and escalation procedures (preferred)
