The Job
Within the Operational Success Team, the System Onboarding sub-team is responsible for:
- Onboarding new solar assets and their metadata
- Ensuring the integrity of installations through a Performance Verification Test
- General support for the larger Residential Operations team
This particular role will focus on Onboarding new solar assets and their metadata to ensure the health of newly added assets.
What you'll do
- You will be working with relevant PDFs, excel and word document files, extracting, entering, validating data, and uploading new data and accounts into Omnidian’s internal database with speed and accuracy
- You will be receiving detailed training and instructions in order to perform your task.
- Learn, execute, and help implement improvements for existing and new processes
- Support escalated cases and work internally to drive them to resolution
- Work collaboratively with internal Portfolio Operations Managers, Field Service, as well as Customer and Technical Support Teams
- This role is primarily internal-facing, with occasional interactions with external customers, clients and manufacturers
Who you are

Experience for Associate role
- High Priority
- MS Office proficiency required, Excel specifically important
- Must be respectful and possess stellar communication skills
Preferred but not required- Previous data entry, administrative, or other relevant experience
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments
- CRM experience such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience for Specialist role
- High Priority Associate level, plus:
- 6+ months of solar industry experience and knowledge of solar components
- Track record of identifying opportunities to improve processes
- CRM experience such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
Preferred but not required- Previous data entry, administrative, or other relevant experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments
