Onboarding Specialist - Bilingual

Baseline Professional Services, LLC is urgently hiring 4 Onboarding Specialists.

· Client Onboarding

o Work closely with the sales team to receive contact lists after successful sign-ups with healthcare payors and providers.

o Initiate onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and understanding of Roots Food Group's services.

· Client Support

o Act as a primary point of contact for healthcare payors and providers during the onboarding process.

o Provide support, training, and assistance in implementing our medically tailored meal solutions within their care programs.

· Member Nutritional Assessments

o Conduct nutritional assessments for health plan members to determine eligibility for medically tailored meals.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and registered dietitians, to efficiently facilitate and complete nutritional assessment process.

· Referral Coordination

o Collect contact lists from healthcare providers of potentially eligible members to receive medically tailored meals.

o Coordinate with providers and members to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure timely delivery of services to eligible members.

· Documentation and Reporting

o Maintain detailed and accurate records of onboarding activities, member assessments, and communication with healthcare payers and providers.

o Provide regular reports to management on the progress of onboarding and assessment activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

· Previous experience in customer support, onboarding, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or health and wellness industry.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Understanding of healthcare payor and provider processes, health plan programs.

· Empathetic approach to member interactions and the ability to handle sensitive health information with confidentiality.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
