Your position:

• The shift option is 1600 to 0000 on Saturday and Sunday.
• Track and trace the after-hours or overnight freight shipments.
• State in detail the issues that occurred overnight.
• Work with the sales team to onboard new carriers.
• Review industry monitoring sites to ensure carrier quality.
• Review insurance certificates to ensure they meet the required levels.
