This position is a hybrid between front desk and patient concierge. Primary work as a Patient Care Coordinator with the ability to participate in the sales of cosmetics and aesthetic treatments.
An ideal candidate will have a history in aesthetics or other healthcare fields, and be patient-focused. We are looking to fill a Part-Time position located in Visalia which can lead to a Full-Time position with benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide amazing customer service to our patients and support front office daily operations.
- Reception duties such as scheduling, answering phones, and preparing charts for providers.
- Promote providers with all calls and upsell procedures/products.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to eloquently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Participate in social media strategies and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication for exemplary customer service
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office products, G-Suite, and Windows environment
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask
- Have the flexibility to help in all areas and effectively work in a team environment
- Maintain a professional presentation, and patient confidentiality and have strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- At least 1 year of aesthetic experience or in customer service industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and follow through on tasks to completion
