Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Coordinatot you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals with disabilities thrive in a Day Services setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of individuals with care and empathy.
- Scheduling and supervising support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensuring staff members have the training and resources necessary to provide excellent care.
- Provide coordinated activities and daily programming to align with the goals and outcomes of our people served.
- Reporting Unusual Incidents (UIs) and Major Unusual Incidents (MUIs) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining strict compliance with documentation and record-keeping requirements.
- Serving as the primary point of communication between guardians, family members, and the county board.
- Collaborating with other team members to provide comprehensive care and support.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with individuals of diverse abilities.
