Overview
Full-Time position as a client intake specialist in the Adult Division of Central Clinic Behavioral Health.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
Duties Include:
- Provide diagnostic assessments to new and returning clients of Adult Services.
- Determine eligibility for services for each client utilizing admission criteria and submit necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate diagnoses, make treatment recommendations, and provide referrals and resources to intake clients.
- Complete paperwork necessary for admission, and work with supervisor(s) on assigning the clients to clinicians.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and assist therapists in completing annual treatment goals.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Ohio Independent License in either Social Work or Counseling.
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills as well as organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ohio Independent License in either Social Work or Counseling with a Supervisory Designation.
- Clinical work experience.
