Job Description
PURPOSE:
To develop meaningful relationships with the people we serve, their families and the communities in which they live. This means you are called to be creative and compassionate in all that you do: marketing and advocating for Empowered services with families, educators and case managers, supporting Empowered staff, and ensuring efficient operations and achieving growth targets of all Empowered Services within a geography.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for Managing and Mentoring Branch Managers in given District and filling in as Branch Manager in the event of absence or opening in Branch Manager role.
2. Responsible for driving culture and ensuring the health and safety of the people we serve at all times.
3. Responsible for marketing Empowered services to local referral sources working alongside Branch Mangers to ensure enrollment targets are met.
4. Responsible for the efficient operations of each Branch in given District including expense management, equipment, vehicle and building upkeep and maintenance.
5. Responsible for the accurate reconciliation of service data, billing and financial reporting to CEO and other members of the executive team.
6. Responsible for personnel management including hiring, training, discipline and onboarding of staff in a given District.
7. Responsible for the continuous quality improvement of Empowered services, the buildings we operate and the vehicles and equipment we use.
8. Perform any other duties related to Empowered Services as be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
