Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments within the company and ensure smooth operations.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with office management duties including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Conduct clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
