Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You will also be helping with special projects, developing our online educational product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Show up eager to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Handle customer inquiries, signup customers & provide website technical assistance via Telephone & Email
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Provide detailed customer tracking logs & reports
- Provide and brainstorm creative solutions for a more efficient and better quality customer experience with our products
- Provide product assistance and development with expansion of our product offerings.
- Provide management of Office Facility and Vendors
- Periodic Projects to further our product offerings
- Reports and accountable directly to Business Owners
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or telephone customer support
- Comfortabe on a PC with Excel, Word, Google suite of productivity products
- Able to troubleshoot technical issues with computer, printers and other technology
- A great communicator with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- A self starter that looks for opportunities to make our operations more efficient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated and on task without oversight

Compensation:
- Starting Salary Range: $45,000 - $54,000 (Depending on prior experience & qualifications)
- Paid Time Off (Dependent on prior experiece & qualifications)
- Medical Insurance: Available (Employer contribution made on a case by case basis)
- Retirement: Annual Contribution to Employee IRA
- Bonus: Annual bonus is based on employee performance and company wide performance meterics
