Peak Utility Infrastructure is an integrated engineering and construction company that serves the Electric, Natural Gas, and Telecommunications industries. We provide a full suite of engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance services, including repair, replacement, maintenance, and installation of natural gas, telecommunications, and electric infrastructure through our operating subsidiaries: SiteWise, Kelly Cable, Riley Brothers, and Superior Pipeline Services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible to schedule daily orders for 5-8 technicians.
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and tracking customer communications
Coordinating and managing customer requested appointments.
Data entry and reporting assignments/projects as requested.
Performing other relevant duties when needed

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Experience and Education:
High School diploma or GED required
2+ years working in an office setting
Prior receptionist or office administrator experience preferred
Prior scheduling/ route planning experience preferred
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required.
Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
