This position is responsible for administrative support for the six heads of the business. - Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the six heads of the business.
- Managing the executive’s calendar and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, including making appointments, sending reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Organize internal and external business meetings, handling all logistical arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and meeting agendas.
- Handle expense reporting, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills while supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Support team administration by updating distribution lists, managing subscriptions, and assisting with timekeeping duties.
- Facilitate smooth operations by managing office supplies, mail, and other administrative tasks.
- Qualifications and requirements:
- The necessary skills, education, experience, and certifications needed for the job.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
