BVI Retirement is seeking an admin/support for 25 hours a week with the intention to grow into a full-time position. The candidate will support the financial advisor in servicing existing clients. The candidate must be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess solid financial planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the client onboarding process
- Assist advisor with client meetings
- Help service client requests
- Generate monthly and weekly reports
- Open new accounts along various operational and compliance transactions
- Maintain and organize files
Qualifications:
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
- Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone
- Personable, responsive, respectful, and engaging
- Strong communication skills- must be able to write for multiple platforms like email, reports, and business letters
