We are a quickly growing IT hardware company specializing in used and refurbished equipment. We are seeking a professional, qualified, and motivated individual for the full-time position of Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant role would primarily be assisting a high-volume sales rep and his team with daily duties which includes all steps in the purchase and sales process.
Duties:
- Accurately process Purchase Orders and Sales Orders into our ERP system.
- Interact with vendors and customers related to quotations, order progress, tracking of shipments, and other critical elements of the purchasing and sales cycle.
- Coordinate logistics for freight pickups to ensure timely and cost-effective transport.
- Compose and send quotes to customers through email, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Facilitate all aspects of customer and vendor returns and credits
- Communicate between vendors and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules and shipment details.
- Work as a bridge between customers and tech support team on order related issues.
Position Requirements:
- Possesses a dynamic, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with ERP systems, inventory management, or transaction processing software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Office, and Outlook.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proven capacity to effectively multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
