Job Description
Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay rate: $20/hr
Location: 183 South Orange Ave, Newark NJ
Hours: Monday through Friday, onsite, 9 am - 5 pm
Duties include but not limited to;
- Answer phones
- Greet visitors, patients
- Gather demographics, input it in the system
- Schedule appointments, be responsible for confirming appointments, and appointment cancellations.
- Verify insurances
- Provide EMR support
- Knowledge of EPIC is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish skills is a plus
Requirements:
HS Diploma
Medical office experience is required
Computer skills
Knowledge of scheduling systems
Dependable and reliable
Good communication skills
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
