In this role you will be part of our hard-working team that is responsible for multiply reimbursement and data systems within the Information Management Unit (IMU).
To be successful in this key role you will need to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is critical while you:
Manage the tracking for state security forms processed by the IMU Team.
Asist with data audits
Process data in multiple confidential systems
Manage correspondence to and from the IMU team
Be a team player ready to jump in and help when needed

The Basics (Required Education and Experience)
High school diploma or GED
Two years of administrative/office support experience
Equivalent education and experience are accepted
Beyond the Basics (Preferred Education and Experience)
Three to five years of experience auditing data received and processed in multiple state systems utilizing Excel
Strong experience in administrative support work
High level of organization skills
Detail oriented
Familiar with Health & Human Services, NC FAST and other state Information Systems
