Location: 1 Village Drive, Abilene, Texas 79606

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Administrative Specialist & HR Designee to join our team! The Administrative Specialist / HR Designee will provide administrative support to the Branch Director and will serve as an extension of the corporate human resources department to provide key messaging to employees.

  • Provide administrative support to Branch Director
  • Answer phone; screen calls, and route patient care calls appropriately.
  • Serve as an extension of the corporate human resources department to provide key messaging to employees
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail daily.
  • Order medical supplies.
  • Receive and process accounts payable.
  • Maintain all worker profiles to be current and accurate within Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills.
  • Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
  • Six months of experience performing healthcare office functions is preferred.
  • Experience working with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with an HRIS is preferred.
