We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and provide comprehensive support for up to three business units within our company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Support business units in creating vendor and internal invoices.
Entering client payments on accounting software.
Support business unit by creating sales invoices on accounting software.
Translation & Localization file support.
Support business units with other administrative tasks.
Japanese based company with US home office in Plano, TX supporting 3 major automobile manufacturers and other industries with printing, e-learnings, and translation.
