Wholesale fashion-forward & style-driven fitness equipment company in Manhattan seeking an organized, driven, and responsible individual to join our team. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support, and accurately inputting/updating various types of data into our systems, while maintaining high levels of precision and efficiency.
Duties:
- Work with company warehouse and overseas factories to ensure proper shipment of merchandise & fulfillment of customer orders
- Manage inventory in company system
- Creating bookings in our customer portals to ship merchandise from overseas
- Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents into the designated database or spreadsheet
- Sending samples out to our vendors
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
Computer skill: Quickbooks, Microsoft Word & Excel
Paying high attention to detail is very important for this position.
