Under general supervision, this position is responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and administrative assistance for the Lucky Peak Power Plant Project.
Duties include accounting, processing invoices, payroll and general bookkeeping with the Plant Accountant. Compiling and editing special reports; gathering information to be used in reports; recording and completing meeting minutes; organization of files and records; correspondence via email and telephone.
Employee must have prior knowledge and experience in accounting: the ability to make appropriate choices from established guidelines and procedures; willing to make recommendations for improvements to guidelines and procedures.
Prior experience in the use of QuickBooks, AdobePro and Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and One Drive is a must.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm
