POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will uphold Southern Hills Country Club's high standards for personalized member
service in our Tennis House as he/she interacts with members and guests, monitors Tennis facilities, and is
visible, helpful and accessible to players. He/she will schedule court reservations and lessons and assist with
merchandise.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service skills and awareness
- Ability to handle multiple duties and stay cool under pressure
- Strong verbal interpersonal skills
- Neat, professional appearance
